| LVT, terrazzo, polished concrete | Surface-appropriate cleaning and maintenance — no wax on surfaces that shouldn't have it. |
| Entry matting program | Mat cleaning and rotation to keep soil out of the building. |
Floor work is scheduled for closures, weekends, or overnight windows. We publish cure and dry times before the job so you know exactly when the area reopens: finish is walkable in about 2 hours and fully cured in 24; extracted carpet is walkable in 2–4 hours.
