Why PremierSpark
Why businesses choose PremierSpark Professional Services
No adjectives below — just the coverage, credentials, and process you can verify before you sign. If you're comparing vendors, hold every one of them to this same list.
Credentials
What we carry, and the proof behind it
$2 Million General Liability Insurance
Certificate of insurance issued within one business day of request. Named additional insured available for property managers and landlords.
Bonded
Janitorial service bond covering client property and access-related loss. Bond documentation provided with your proposal.
Workers' Compensation on Every Crew Member
Our people are covered by our policy, so an on-site injury never becomes your exposure.
Hospital-Grade Cleaning Protocols
Medical programs run on EPA List N disinfectants held for their full labeled dwell time, with color-coded microfiber and a clean-to-dirty room sequence.
Background-Checked Employees, Not Subcontractors
Every person who enters your building is on our payroll and cleared before their first shift. We don't rotate anonymous subcontracted crews through your space.
Family-Owned and Locally Operated in Columbia, Maryland
You reach an owner, not a call center. Our shortest response times are in Howard County because that's where we live.
Green Seal-Certified and EPA-Registered Products
Green Seal-certified daily cleaners for occupied spaces; EPA-registered disinfectants where a stronger product is required. SDS available for everything we bring in.
Written Satisfaction Guarantee
Report an issue within 24 hours and we re-clean the area at no charge on the next business day.
Quality Control
Our quality-control process
Most cleaning contracts degrade because nobody wrote down what was promised. Ours runs on five documented steps, each with a named owner and a stated cadence.
- 01
Pre-Service Site Walkthrough
Owner or account manager · Before your first cleanWe walk your building with you, measure the areas, note floor types, restroom counts, access procedures, and anything specific to your operation. The scope is documented and signed before a single crew member shows up.
- 02
Customized Cleaning Specification
Account manager · Delivered with your quoteA task-by-task checklist, broken out by area, with a stated frequency next to every line. Your crew works from it and your inspections are scored against it. No ambiguity about what was promised.
- 03
Supervisor Inspections
Field supervisor · Monthly, or more often during onboardingA supervisor inspects the building against your specification, scores each area, and photographs anything below standard. You receive the scored report — so quality drift is visible to you before it becomes a complaint.
- 04
Client Communication Loop
Named account contact · Ongoing, with a 1-business-day response commitmentOne named contact, reachable by phone and email, plus an on-site logbook for your staff to flag requests between visits. Every request is acknowledged within one business day.
- 05
Corrective Action Guarantee
Owner · Within 24 hours of a reportReport an issue and we re-clean the area at no charge on the next business day. If the same issue appears twice, we stop and review the scope with you — because a repeat miss means the specification, staffing, or frequency is wrong, not just the execution.
Our Team
Who actually shows up
PremierSpark is family-owned and operated from Columbia, Maryland. When you call, you reach an owner — not a national dispatch line.
Crews are our own W-2 employees, background-checked before their first shift, uniformed, and assigned to the same buildings so they learn your space instead of rotating through it.
Field supervisors carry your written specification and inspect against it. Every crew member is trained on product handling, dwell times, and color-coded cross-contamination control before working unsupervised.
Ask us the hard questions
Insurance limits, staffing model, inspection reports — we'll answer all of it before you commit to anything.
