| Final clean | Top-to-bottom detail: light fixtures, vents, ledges, frames, baseboards, glass, fixtures, and floors. |
| Touch-up clean | Post-punch-list pass immediately before owner walkthrough or move-in. |
| Dust protocol | HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping in sequence, high to low, so airborne dust doesn't resettle on finished surfaces. |
| Sticker & residue removal | Labels, adhesive, paint overspray, and grout haze removed from glass, fixtures, and appliances. |
We schedule against your construction calendar and re-confirm the day before each phase. Crew size is scaled to the deadline, not to a fixed headcount.
